A Cleaning Process like no other
Acid dipping is the ultimate process for any restoration or re-build looking to go all out. The acid strips all paint, filler, sealants and grease from the shell while dissolving rust. It is certainly the ultimate process for any restoration looking to clean all of the hidden and hard-to-reach areas of a vehicle.
Electrophoretic painting
Or E-coat for short is a much more effective protection process than spray primers ensuring much greater coverage. This is achieved by an 11-stage cleaning and pretreatment process where the shell is immersed and a corrosion-resistant layer of Zn/Mn/Ni phosphate is deposited. The shell is then immersed into PPG Electrophoretic Epoxy Primer which is electronically bonded to the shell and then cured in an oven. The end result is a durable primer with coverage unlike no other.
Costs
Every job varies in scale and complexity, pricing paint and body repairs isn’t always simple. But an estimate can be given once we are supplied with enough information and pictures of the vehicle. A much more accurate quotation can be given once the vehicle has been physically inspected.
